ThreeDimSim is distributed as a msi installer file:

Requirements

• Microsoft Windows: xp or higher
• Microsoft DirectX 9.0c or higher  installed (usually the already present)
• 3D video card recommended
• ThreeDimSim setup file

Installation procedure

• If not installed on your system already, install DirectX 9.0c (or higher version) runtime. You can download the latest version at  www.microsoft.com/directx   If installed, you can run dxdiag.exe to verify your DirectX installation.
• Install TDS_1504.msi and follow the setup instructions to complete the installation.
• Samples can be found in the 'samples' directory created in the directory of installation.

The documents history.txt and fixes.txt summarize added functionality and corrections.
