ThreeDimSim is distributed as a self extracting archive:

Requirements

• Microsoft Windows: 2000,  XP or Vista
• Microsoft DirectX 9.0c or higher  installed
• 3D video card recommended
• ThreeDimSim setup file

Installation procedure

• If not installed on your system already, install DirectX 9.0c (or higher version) runtime. You can download the latest version at  www.microsoft.com/directx  If installed, you can run dxdiag.exe to verify your DirectX installation.
• Execute TDS_1503.exe and follow the setup instructions to complete the installation.
• Samples can be found in the 'samples' directory created in the directory of installation.

Evaluation mode

Without a valid license-file, the ThreeDimSim application will run in evaluation mode. The evaluation mode limits the following features of ThreeDimSim:

• The simulation is restricted to a maximum of 8 objects.
• A saved snapshot of the render output contains a watermark overlay.
• A saved video file of the render output contains a watermark overlay.

The end user license for version 1.5.0.3 remains valid for future versions of the ThreeDimSim program.
